Berit Cannon:
Customer Support Agent - Eindhoven
In Customer Support you get to learn about all aspects of the company. Since we are the first line of contact for our players, we get to see first when there are difficulties with games or the servers. We see the praise for our website and games, we help with technical issues with the games and our subscriptions and assist in payment issues. I get a great kick out of being able to assist players and help them to enjoy our games. It is very rewarding to be able to help people that don’t know much about computers and enable them to play.

Johan van der Laak:
Localization Specialist - Eindhoven
After a great internship within the Post Production Department I'm now developing tools and am involved with packaging (web)games. To speed up and support the localization of the games I've created and worked on a number of different tools, including one that extracts English texts and once translated inserts those back into the game. This way I can do what I like doing best, which is developing software, while helping my colleagues and the team to work more efficiently. At packaging I get to see and play many of the latest games since they’re initially unprotected and need to be made into a protected package that gets to be put on our different sites. And as a gamer I enjoy doing this a lot.

Jessica Severin:
Account Manager Media - Düsseldorf
Working with RealGames brings a lot of fun and the chance to be part of an international company. What I love is to sell and in my position as an Account Manager the main part of my work is to be out with clients and sell the great possibilities to advertise on Zylom.de. I am working in the German office in Düsseldorf. I have Sales Colleagues in UK, France and of course in the Headquarter in Eindhoven, which brings me the opportunity to work across Europe and learn more about the differences between the markets. It´s a pleasure to be part of this great company and to place Zylom.de in the German advertising market especially in the media plans of the big spenders like Unilever, Reckitt Benckiser, Proctor & Gamble...

Cat To:
Graphic Designer - London
Being a Graphic Designer in the Media Team brings a lot of challenges. The moment our sales team book a campaign, we make sure all creative is made according to our bespoke formats and we get to create ads for our clients – a fantastic opportunity when it’s a big organisation like Unicef. Apart from the daily deadlines that naturally come with a job like this, our international graphics team shares the view of working hard and having fun!

Gemma Tegelaers:
Graphic Designer Games – Eindhoven
The thing I absolutely love in my job is being part of creating new fantasy worlds. Together with a creative team, I enjoy visualizing these worlds and the stories that take part in them. Also being able to see it come to live with the work of other teammates is a thing I certainly wouldn’t want to miss out on. It’s great to see a new world evolving from concept phase to the point where it’s complete and people all over the real world can enjoy it.

Sarah Davids:
Web Developer - Eindhoven
The web development team is not only responsible for the websites, such as www.zylom.com and many others, but also for sending newsletters to our customers and launching games. We're always trying to improve the websites and remain up to date with new games and different kinds of promotions. This makes web developing interesting because every time you're creating something new, plus you work closely together with the departments who design the adjustments to the website.

Jan Castelijns:
QA Agent - Eindhoven
In my job, I really like the difference between the games we test during the week. In a week we usually test about three different games, for example for language implementation. As a QA Agent your main role is testing different games each week, every week. And since gaming is one of my hobbies, this job could hardly suit me any better. As a QA Agent you also come in regular contact with other departments such as Support and Game Development. If you have a passion for gaming, the job of QA Agent could be your perfect fit!
